Meditation is said to have many benefits. From my experience and my meditation practice, I can confirm this to be true. I am not perfect or divine because of it; rather, I have become humble and grateful for life. Meditation has taught me the true meaning of faith and surrender and has given me a more fulfilling perspective on life.

Mediation is also key to consciousness and awakeningIt creates a strong base during tough times. Meditation gives you a safe place within yourself to return to after the storm has passed.. It can help you reflect, become more aware, and improve as a person. Most importantly, it nurtures self-compassion for yourself and others.
